Hi Dan, thanks for your review of Yellow™.

Confirm dial and safari in app are in the current version of Yellow™ under the 3.0.x devices so please have another look. As far as we know we’ve had no wrapping issues on the current public version of the iPhone OS and we haven't had any crash reports show up in the system from 3.0.x devices.

Also, the app is set to default to a current location search so if you search for a listing like Yellow pages® it’s most likely you won’t find the result in a suburb search as we’ll be listed under the city we’re in. Try the search again with ‘Auckland’ and you should get some results. The Yellow™ iPhone app is based on the Yellow™ online search logic, we know that there are some issues with it at the moment but we’re doing our best to fix them as soon as possible.

With regards to offline data, this is something we’ll investigate once the app is launched.

Thanks again, for giving us the opportunity to respond and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any further suggestions for improvement.

The thing I don't get is why not just use the Maps app. It does most of this without the irritating bits.
