iPhone 4 pricing and launch date to be announced next week: Vodafone
Anyone else that pre-registered with Vodafone just received an email titled “All you need to know about Vodafone’s Micro SIM for Apple”? If so you may not have read all of it and may have missed something interesting at the bottom and whilst not a firm date at least we have better timeline.
Unfortunately it is again more announcements of announcements, but this is the first time we’ve had any real timeframe of the announcement (damn this is hard work).
Oh, and the email also contains some stuff about the Micro SIM and what you need to do.

Not only have Apple shown us the light so to speak they have also granted developers API access to the LED flash light. This will no doubt see an onslaught of apps taking advantage of this but one of the first out of the blocks is local NZ developers and friends of the site Smudge Apps.

Hot on the heels of the developer release of iOS 4.1, the rumored iOS 4.0.1 is available now and “improves the formula to determine how many bars of signal strength to display” that Apple say is the cause of the iPhone 4 “Death Grip”.
