iPhone: warm, happy... Android: grey, depressing...
We couldn’t help but notice that in Apple’s new antenna information / support page, every photo of the hand holding an iPhone is bathed in a background of golden, glowing colours that evoke warmth and comfort… and every photo of the hand holding a non-Apple phone has a grey, drab, miserable background that will have you reaching for the Prozac. Uncanny coincidence or carefully staged subliminal marketing? You do the math! Pics after the break.

I got no problem with that though – it’s marketing. If they refer to competitors’ products in their advertising or press releases and they’re factual; then they’re above board. It’s like the old before/after shots. When she’s wearing the luminous spheres, she’s smiling…

Not having an iPhone has made me feel grey and depressed, and I will feel warm, happy fuzzies once my iPhone 4 arrives, so I guess their subliminal marketing has worked on me!
