It’s interesting that the phone is still not available through Apples website.

Bad news! Just walked pass VF (FirstMobile) on Cuba mall, Wellington and they put up the sign “Dear Valued Customers, iPhone 4 will not be launched on 30/07/2010, For more information please refer to http://www.apple.co.nz“

In my speculation, NZ Vodafone is not agree to the Apple retail price NZ$1,099 for iPhone 4 16 GB, so that maybe the deal is off from vodafone. The initial iPhone 3GS from NZ vodafone is NZ$1,179 for 16GB, and NZ vodafone may wanted to keep the current cost.
But again, this is only guess.

I want to get one, but we don’t have a Magnum Mac in Palmy and our JB HIFI is a really small store, so I wouldn’t know where to queue even if I wanted to.
