Wellington Allied Health, has spent the last few years looking for a better way to monitor their patient’s progress. Like most practices we tried the standard time-consuming methods such as forms, progress reports and even emailing spreadsheets to clients. Interestingly, we found that clients were losing motivation and often were not filling out or returning these forms. As such we developed WellBeing, a simple to use iPhone Application that reminds users to utilize a daily journal to measure progress in the pursuit of their fitness goals.
