I am facing the following issue but with 2 Degrees.

My bad!

 

It is my mistake.

 

I connected to Wi Fi and then tried to activate FaceTime. Then it worked! Earlier I was trying to activate FaceTime without connecting to Wi Fi. That sthe goof up.
