Hi.

I run my iphone on 2 Degrees. This morning when I turned t on I received a text from 2 Degrees stating I did not have enough credit to access data, but when I checked my balance I had $3.60 left. Then I realised it wouldn’t let me make calls or send premium texts (normal texts fine as I had purchased their $10 txt bundle. I rang them about it but they weren’t too sure. Anyone else had this problem?

I got a you don't have enough credit to make this call despite having about $7 credit, auto topup, when the phone had dropped onto VF. They are investigating and I'm awaiting a callback.
