How do you delete screen captures that are in the 'Phone Pictures' Album?
All other pictures have a trash can icon but not these. They also don't show up when connected to my PC like all other pictures taken.
Also, If I only have taken movies and no photos, the phone will not show up in My computer.
If I take a photo it will then show up.

You can only delete images that are in your 'Camera Roll'. If the image is in a folder called 'Phone Pictures' then you have synced that to the device from your PC and you can't delete synced images. It's the same for viewing them on your PC, only those that are in 'Camera Roll' can be viewed in 'My Computer'.

Aha!! Thanks. I didn't realize it was a copy of the folder on my laptop.
