Would like to have the ability to  sync iTunes via Wifi on iAnything, so it doesn't have to be plugged in via USB.

Why? Convenience, As I really only sync for back up purposes (as email, contacts etc are all OTA), It's just to transfer apps to my desktop and between devices, the occasional restore.
