Hi, I presume this can only be done with a jailbroken phone…
Can anyone tell me if it there is an app that will easily change my Cellular Data Network settings? I need to be able to change between two lots of settings instead of doing this manually.

Not at the moment, you could buy a dual SIM adaptor (two cut down SIMs go inside it) but that would swap your actual networks.
Why exactly do you have to swap?

APN, username and password. Work has disabled iPhones from connecting to exchange but I can use my telecom t-stick 'user' details. So I want to flick between the two a few times a day.

Got it sorted and no jailbreak req'd. Found app APN Switcher ($6.50) does the trick well enough. Changes APN, username and password. I used my Telecom Tstick user details which has access to work exchange and my normal account for all else.
