I would love a fly fishing app based on the book "flies that catch trout in New Zealand"
A full list of the flies with pictures.(wet or dry)
It could pick up on the date and suggest flies for that date (winter, autumn, spring, summer)
Tell you how that fly should be fished (floating or sinking line)
Incorporate a log of your catch (with photo for Iphone users)
There is nothing out there like this, please make my dream come true.

I'd be happy to knock something together … can you get in contact with author ?
Warning though – this will not make $$$ … trout fisherman in NZ with iPhone would number maybe 1000. Of those perhaps if you're lucky 10% would buy if you priced @ $1.29. Apple takes 30% … leaving maybe $80 NZD … which you'd have to split with the author … and you'd probably want $50 for coming up with the idea. lol
I'd only do it because I'd use it myself … but the publisher/author needs to be ok with it – or you need to source the information yourself …
