I don't need to print directly to a wireless printer from my i-phone, but I would find it useful to have a pdf printer app so that I can either e-mail or print later.
is there already an app to do this or would it be a good one for someone to develop?

ie I am working on an app, or searching a website and I want to print it to a pdf, rather than connecting with a printer directly at the time. Then I can e-mail it, download it when back in the office etc.
There may be an existing pdf printer app or option on the iphone already, but can't seem to find it. Lots of pdf readers but no writers.

Sorry to pinch your thread, but one i'm new and only brought my Iphone on friday well hubby brought it for me and he had to buy one for himself! My question is? How does one put something onto there phone by pc i have it all hooked up etc. But i put something onto word docoument, and wanted it on my fone to read later well on the bus or something… My question is: its not working for me is there another way i can do it, or download a free app for it? I have got ipdf which thought that might of worked.Or would i have to put it onto pdf file first then transfer that way? thanks in advance :) Love the phone
Oh one more app i'd so love to have which i'm thinking of emailing them The rock!! I see the edge has an app for them, why not the rock? I bet lots of iphone users listen to there radio station…

Hi Feee
2 simple ways.
1. If it's content from the web, just browse directly on the handset.
2. If it's your own content and you have email set up on the handset, just email it to yourself.
Here's a link to the how to's on the apple website that will help you set up your email if you haven't already.
3. Use a service like Dropbox which will allow you to sync up to 2Gb of documents or pictures for free with simple access via their website or with their iPhone app.
