Im on XT and recently installed the new carrier bundle. However i cant send MMS messages. I could on the previous bundle but not on this one.

What could the issue be?

Thanks

Do you get the image of the camera in the Messages app (when typing a message)?

Please upload images of the error / places of concern.

Yup we thoroughly tested the new bundles for all functionality including MMS and can confirm we are able to send / receive with no problems.

Im not sure how to upload photos. I do havd the little camera icon, the message bar gets almost to the end then before the bar can be filled the red circle with the ! mark in it comes up. Ive tried sending to other contacts and tried using different images but it still does the same thing.

Can you check that show subject field is set to off in Settings>>Messages and then try again.

Also did you rebooy after installing the bundle?

Can you also confirm what the MMS settings are under General>>Network>>Cellular Data Network and post them here.

MMS messaging is switched to on

Show subject field is off

I have rebooted and the settings are:

APN: internet.telecom.co.nz
USERNAME: Blank
PASSWORD: Blank
MMSC: http://Ismmc.xtra.co.nz
MMS PROXY: 210.55.11.73:8080
MMS MAX MESSAGE SIZE: 614400
MMS UA Prof URL: Blank

I can receive pictures ok, its just the sending thats not happening

Try rebooting the phone. It's a longshot but like with computers, it can fix a lot of things.

Hold down the sleep/wake button and the home button until you get a slider — slide it to power off. Hold down just the sleep/wake button to boot up
