I have my i-phone on the XT network and working fine
My contacts have all loaded via mobile me
However when I receive calls the incoming numbers are in International format – e.g +64 2733 etc and the caller ID does not recognise this
Is this just a setting I cannot find?
Or do I need to change all my contact numbers to this format for caller ID to work?
Many thanks guys – Great site!!

The caller ID problem is a known issue.
I think people have tried changing their contact formats with no difference.
I believe its been fixed in 3.1 ??

Still not fixed in 3.1b3, but as psychrn said it is a known issue. Also it is related to the iPhone and not the carrier.

If you jailbreak there is a localisation hack which fixes this. Loving it!
