I cant get the "your telecom" page to load. I understand I can use this to check my data usage. I have the carrier bundle installed but when I try to get to the page the progress bar shows about 10% and gets no further.

Any ideas?

It will only work over mobile data not wi-fi. Check that you are not connected to your wi-fi network and try again.
