I work as an Apple technician in Tauranga and first of all would like to say thanks for this great site and all the hard work you guys do with the carrier bundles – they are great.
Part of my job is setting up clients iPhones with e-mail accounts. I currently have two client who are on the XT network that want their e-mails setup. One if with clear and one with a domain name e-mail.
I am struggling to find information on what SMTP settings will work with these non xtra e-mail accounts.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This has been discussed a lot already and m ore info can be found at this thread
For our domain we use the smtp settings provided to us by our host. We are on XT but do not use the Xtra settings to send emails from that account. So if we send from @iphonewzealand.co.nz then the server we use is smtp.webhost.co.nz with our domain host username and password.
I'll lock this thread so as to keep everything in one place.
