I've had problems a few times lately accessing the Your Telecom site – the one that starts login.telecom.co.nz:443 – and a nice lady at Telecom gave me an alternate way that seems to always work even when I can't go direct.

 

Simply go to pdaportal.telecom.co.nz and scroll down to the (rather large) "Your Telecom" link. Click that and you're there. It's worked three times for me when the direct method wasn't playing ball. This all works with no credit too, so you can get your top ups sorted when your balance hits zero.
