Hi all

I cant access my "Your Telecom" I go to pdaportal.telecom.co.nz and it forwards me to the yahoo xtra telecom news page, I scroll down to find the Your Telecom button and press that, it loads and transferes me to a blank page with a url starting with login.telecom.co.nz:443 (too long to bother typing out).
I have got all the XT internet apn setting in there from this website and can access any other site. I am not on wifi. I cant figure out why I cant get on! Its so annoying! And telecom people wont/cant help me out.

I haven't been able to access yt.telecom.co.nz or login.telecom.co.nz for the last few days. My usage meter in Firefox is also broken (for mobile bb usage).

 

I was in contact with Telecom today and they have logged it as a fault. yt.telecom.co.nz is working for me now, after I was in contact and logged the fault. I get a blank page when I access it from my computer though and my Firefox meter is still broken. The CSR had no estimated fix time.

You could call 123 and get an update.

 

But yeah, it's their problem. You could try using yt.telecom.co.nz to view your usage. It only works over 3G.

yt.telecom.co.nz also doesn't work. Good to know its not just me!

Typical XT… *sigh*. Oh well, ill just have to wait it out.

How are you monitoring your usage on firefox? I thought you could only do it through your phone?

I use Net Usage Item – there is a Telecom Mobile meter for that. Puts a little bar in the corner of Firefox.

FYI – there is a web interface you can view your usage at normally. http://cwa.telecom.co.nz/yte-u…..band-usage – but this gives a white page atm when it redirects to login.telecom.co.nz.

Try going to m.telecom.co.nz/yxt and using the link from there. I have just tried it and it is fine. You said you are not on Wi-Fi but just double check.

Thanks for your help and suggestions everyone. Telecom seems to have got its self into gear and fixed the issue now.
