Hi

 

This may sound like a dumb question, but I have no idea.

I currently have a Iphone 3g on Telecom XT, I am wanting to upgrade to an Iphone 4.
So am wondering how I go about this, as Telecom do not sell the phones.. I went to Vodafone yesterday to purchase one, however they told me I can not buy them out right and will need to go on a Vodafone plan.

Am i able to buy the Iphone 4 on prepay from Vodafone, and then put my XT simcard in there (i know i will have to trade my sim for a micro sim), and it will work on XT?

 

Any help much appreciated.

Buy the iPhone from Apple's online store. An added bonus is, if something goes wrong, you deal with Apple not Vodafone.
