Hi, I have just returned from a couple of weeks overseas to find I can now only access emails and internet when I am connect to Wi-Fi.

 

When away from a Wi-Fi connection, I get a message " Could not activate cellular data network" You are not a subscriber to a cellular data service"

 

Rang Telecom, who suggested visiting this site to download an App to restore access/my settings ….. HELP!!!
