Right, next question. Is cellular data turned on, and are your data settings correct?
No data means no MMS, I just turned off cellular data and instantly replicated your issue.

Here are my settings. I just sent a picture and it worked fine. You need to make sure you also set "Show Subject Field" to "off" in the messages section under settings.
"Settings -> General -> Network"
"Settings -> General -> Network -> Mobile Data Network"
"Settings -> Messages"
Hopefully this helps. If you have all this set as per the images above and you have the latest version SIM card then you need to speak with Telecom as MMS may not be enabled on your account for some reason.

Thanks for the images Dan I've checked and double-checked the settings several times and having your images as confirmation just goes to show, it DEFINATELY is not me. I'm not sure whether I have the latest version SIM card or not…I just assumed I had as I only picked it up from the Telecom store two and a half weeks ago…the guy didn't mention anything about a new or a later version of the microSIM?

If it is a MicroSIM then that is fine, there is only one version of the MicroSIM at the moment. So pretty much sounds like Telecom need to do some trouble shooting into your MMS settings on your account.

Just go off the phone with Telecom and now it's fixed I can send an MMS regardless of what network I'm sending one too!!! That's one more iP4 issue off the list LOL
Thanks again

That's awesome, glad you sorted it. Did they say what it was that caused it, maybe useful for others?

Only thing I could put it down to was having to send myself an MMS first, then send an MMS to another phone…
I specifically asked her what the issue was & or why this happened because we went through the settings again as per your piks BUT she couldn't answer the reason why I could ONLY recieve and not send. We went through the settings twice & she put me hold…asked me to try sending an MMS, it worked & I was off on my merry way.
She like other telecom reps I've spoken to continue to remind me that they are not the retailers for iPhone & bla bla bla… But thats what I deduced it too after I hung up, sorry it wasn't more handy
