We just got word that for those of you on XT who want to have a PIN number for your voicemail, and have been locked out in the past becasue the iPhone didn't recognise the PIN the first 3 times, are now going to get more chances (for the iPhone to get it wrong).

A change to the voicemail system now allows you to enter it incorrectly 9 times before it locks you out. It's not 9 times in one call though, it's 3 times per call for 3 calls.

So for those of you who want/need the PIN number on your voicemail you are going to get 6 more goes before having to call Telecom and get them to unlock your mailbox.

(Personally I would switch it off all together, but that's just my opinion)
