Hi,

We have just received a replacement iPhone, it is running OS4.1. This is on Telecom XT network.

The sim card is the newer one too.

The Voicemail button is not setup. I have tried dialing: *5005*86*006483210# and *5005*86*+6483210# as advised by Telecom but is does no alter the voicemail button.

I have tried a Telecom shop and they said this usually works fine.

 

Can anyone please advise?
