 my iPhone 4 arrived last Thursday, but I'm not able to text "B" to 333 to get my balance and see how many texts I've sent. I've put my SIM back into my old Nokida 3120 Classic and friends iPhone 3gs and I'm able to text 333 on their phones with no problems.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?

try txting 'bal' for balance to 777.

Hey had the same problem i figured out that when you type 333 into the txting number it comes up with customer info and so thats for calling and it has *333 as the number so delete the customer info contact and try
