I am currently on the XT Network and came home from a mates and then my Wi-Fi couldnt find my wireless modem at home. I have done a full reset and it cant pick up any Wifi areas.
Also when I turn off 3G I lose signal and then I get no service. This never happened before…?
Any advice or help would be great!

Not sure about the wi-fi issue, but XT requires 3G to be switched on otherwise you will get no service as XT is a 3G only network. Have you tried re-booting your wireless modem?
Yeah 3 other PC's connect. I have a feeling it is a fault with the wireless receiver within the iPhone. A real pain in the ass as I used the wiFi all the time at home and now am limited as dont want to use up my 3G 120mb cap on XT

You don't have your wireless router locked down with MAC address filtering do you? Or have the SSID hidden?

Nah my modem is setup properly, havent changed any settings
