Seems like after searching this site nobody else is having this issue…
My iPhone was bought in Canada, running 3.1.2 and is unlocked using blackra1n. Wifi was working until XT bundle was downlaoded and installed. Tried reseting network settings, rebooting etc.
Wifi is working on other devices in home.
Any help GREATLY appreciated – don't want to have to switch to Vod.

The bundle does not alter anything to do with WiFi.
I would bet money that it's something to do with the jailbreak. Blackra1n was a rushed Jailbreak and I would recommend using Pwnagetool in future.
It could be a mare coincidence that it occured when you loaded the bundle.
