I brought the iPhone from DSE a couple months ago, its a 3GS 16BG and I am on XT. I installed the carrier bundle, no real issues in doing so. Ive been using it fine for the past 3 months however I have NEVER been able to send/receive MMS messages.
I checked these forums and it told me to check these settings;
Which I have done and I did need to change the MMS APN, however I still cant send MMS Messages… It has been about an hour since I changed the settings.. DO i need to wait overnight?
What other solutions are there? Re-install the XT carrier bundle?
Appreciate ANY help offered…

No, changing the settings takes effect straight away.
Have you called Telecom and asked them to check your SIM card is set up for MMS? (Just ask them to check your SIM, if they ask which phone it is tell them it doesn't matter… you just want them to check your SIM)
Also can you try it in another XT phone and see if it works.

Hi Dan,
I rang Telecom and my SIM is MMS enabled. I will track down another Telecom phone and test the MMS today and let you know how i get on. Any other suggestions?

Try another Vodafone sim, sometimes it is carrier choice.
