Im with VF on their iphone 40 plan, with ip4 running ios4.1, and after syncing today ive lost the option to tether completely. Its just not there anymore, It was immediately beforre the sync (i went to settings to turn it on)

 

Using my laptop, with Itunes 10.0.

 

Any ideas? Ive tried restarting my phone, is anyone else affected?

Just did a sync and the tethering option is still there.

Must have been something at my end?
I have reset my carrier settings to default (Settings->General->Network->Cellular Data->Reset Settings), and now the setting has re-appeared and works.  Its just strange how it randomly dissappeared after a sync.
