I have a got an iPhone 3GS that was delivered to YOOBEE back in March for a new battery. I have just received it back for the fourth time, and still it does not work, despite the fact that they say each time that it has been tested. It transpires that YOOBEE send phones to Apple in Newmarket for servicing (is that correct), despite emails stating that we (Yoobee) have done this and that to the phone.
I am fed up with YOOBEE, but how do I escalate this to Apple? How do you get hold of Apple in NZ?
Cheers
Ross

Call the international toll free number. 00 800 76667666. They will sort you out. Get a case number then let them do the sorting out.
