Now I don't know if anyone else spotted this, and furthermore I am not convinced that it deserved to be on the front page of my local newspaper ("The Press" in Christchurch), but it seems that the Queen (of England!) was so taken with her grandsons iPad that she decided to get one for herself!
Apparently it's not the first Apple product she will own as Barak Obama gave her an iPod not too long ago
I wonder what apps she will have on it…

Just imagine her creeping up on the Duke Of Edinburgh with the "Talking Tom Cat" app loaded and ready to go!
Those corgis are in for a rough time of it with all the blame about to be laid at their little feet for the spate of farting going on in the Palace of late!
