Hi again….unfortunately no-one has answered my question. 

If I buy a UK Prepay SIM Card for my IPhone 4 on arrival in the UK - do I have to have my IPhone "unlocked" before I leave NZ, in order that the UK Prepay SIM Card will work? KissKiss

Phones sold new in New Zealand are unlocked. There is no need to unlock them to work in the uk. Phones sold to other markets may be locked. Many on trademe are at&t locked phones that have been unlocked via jailbreak methods or a GEVEY sim. Hope this answers your question
