I have a Smartphone Plan with Vodafone in NZ.  I am travelling to the UK (particularly London) for 1 month and want advice as to what the best thing is to do.

If I turn off Data Roaming and 3G and just use Wireless – is there likely to be any data roaming charges on my return.

Would anyone advise taking the SIM Card out of my IPhone 4 and buying a UK Pre-pay SIM Card in London as an alternative.
