I purchased my iphone 4 in November last year, I am absolutely in love with this phone and was devastated to find one day a white looking dot on the screen. Now that I've noticed it, I can't seem to ignore it. The dot is about 2 mm in diameter and is in the top right corner of the screen,

 

What is the cause of this, is it worth getting fixed,

did you get this sorted?

 

did you drop it?

does it have a screen shield on it?

 

Take it into Yoobee, with your docket, surely Apple will replace it.

If its what im thinking it is, its been a common problem for many since launch. plus you are still n warranty so you should be fine.. 

let us know how it went.
