Christchurch company churns out eight apps as part of experimental project
The Dominion Post have posted a story on stuff.co.nz today about Jade Software, a Christchurch-based programming house, that has produced eight iPhone apps (so far) as part of an experimental project designed to “take [employees] outside of their comfort zone”. Kiwi app developer to feature in iPhone reality TV show
A well-known member of the iPhone dev community here in New Zealand has been selected to take part in a reality TV show. Filmed in Italy and the brainchild of Atlanta-based Big Nerd Ranch, ten iPhone developers from all around the world will be put together to create a new social networking app which will then be made available on the App Store for free. The name of the developer can’t be made public until December 5th, but rest assured we will cover the event right here on iPhonewzealand. Read on for more details in the press release.
