Yay! The issue we reported on back in September whereby text messages were coming through with an incorrect timestamp following the introduction of Daylight Savings on the XT network have finally been fixed. We’d almost given up waiting but it’s great that it has been resolved. Who knows what will happen when the clocks go back again in April, but let’s hope the issue has been isolated for the future.…

A number of readers have contacted us to say that the timestamp on their XT-connected iPhone is out by an hour since daylight savings. Just to confirm, no you are not receiving messages from the future. Telecom has tweeted that this issue is theirs and that it is working on a fix. Do not adjust your iPhones, folks!…
